When will my photographs be ready?

You can typically expect delivery of your beautiful wooden custom USB stick with photographs and or film in both web and print resolutions in our beautiful, customised wooden presentation package 1 -2 weeks after you have made your final selection in our client proofing area. Depending on delays and complexities of proofing, albums can typically take 1-4 weeks after access to the client area has been granted to allow us the time to make your special memories the very best they can be.


We create artisan work. Due to any number of trips per season, it becomes complicated to find quality time to edit. And we don’t do things in half measures. So on average we usually take anywhere between 3-5 months to edit your custom wedding, but we will always try to have it as soon as possible. Don’t worry we won’t leave you in the dark with constant nagging from the family, we love our couples and want to give you as many bragging rights as possible. So you will always receive a preview within the first 1-2 weeks to share on your socials while you soak up the sun after your big day. And while we stare at your beautiful faces for the next few months crafting your story, we’ll keep in constant communication on your package progress until it is available for proofing in your password-protected client area. Web resolution versions can be downloaded and share from this area.

When will I receive my film?


How do I book?

First either fill out the contact form on this web site, e-mail or call to check on the availability for us to capture your special day. Then let’s meet face to face! We like to take the time to get to know our couples and how we can capture your unique personality in the beautiful medium of photography and film, with a free coffee date and a lot of laughs. Alternatively if you’re a busy person or you already have a specific package or packages in mind, simply fill out the contract we will send you along with a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Payment details are included in the contract documentation. We are more than happy to arrange a time to discuss your requirements either over Skype/Facetime or to meet in person either at our studio in Coburg North or Box Hill.


Once we’ve booked, will we get a chance to touch base before the wedding?

Absolutely! Just like the basis of the successful marriage, we believe that the secret to ensuring a successful working relationship with our cherished clients is communication. We’re always available to chat and help you with any ideas you may have for your special day. We’d love to stay in touch during the lead up to the wedding day and after to ensure what we deliver exceeds your expectation and becomes a treasured keepsake or special memories for years to come.


Will we need to provide a vendor meal for you on the day?

Yes please! We work incredibly hard on your big day photographing and filming all the joy and excitement to create memories that will last a lifetime. You’ll rarely see us off our feet! So a solid meal will ensure we have the energy to soldier on through the night and be at our very best.


Do we get the unedited raw files?

For us the faithful documentation of your special day is not the overall count of photographs or minutes of footage recorded, but the hand-crafted end result. We never leave anything out and work tirelessly to capture everything that makes our couples uniquely them. The editing and retouching process is as much a part of creating each and every precious memory as the shooting of it and as such we don’t provide the unedited raw files however, the photographs are provided in both web and print resolutions and your film/s are provided in a streaming and high-bitrate versions.
